Terms and conditions agreement:

• Once your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact us for a refund in the event a refund is needed. If the order has already been started or completed we will be unable to accept the refund. 
• We do not accept any returns; however, in the event your package arrives damaged we will gladly assist you to make it right.
• By submitting designs to be used on personalized items you are confirming you own all rights to the images you have requested we print and/or engrave.
• By placing an order with us you understand that for any and all personalized items we will do our best to recreate the image & likeness of the design rendered on the agreed object’s surface; however, due to the nature of sublimation and engraving we cannot guarantee all images to be 100% exact in color, shape and transfer. 
• CUSTOM DESIGNS ONLY: Before mock designs for personalized items are sent for approval, order must be paid for in full.
